Order successful! but no confirmation email

Hi there,

I ordered broadband last night with installation by an engineer for Friday 29th January. The message states an email confirmation has been sent, however I have not received anything yet.

Me and my partner move into our new property on the Friday, and require internet connection for work/studies. We are just enquiring to ensure the order was successful and an engineer will be over for installation.
