Order reference number

Hi, I ordered Virgin media broadband and I was supposed to get an Amazon voucher. Now to receive that they are asking me for Virgin Media Order Reference (this will begin with WS and be followed by 7 numbers OR begin with CH and be followed by 10 numbers). I can’t find it anywhere. Is here somebody else with similar problem?
