So placed order online for upgrade, order has apparently not gone through. Did webchat with upgrades team, tried to sell me same package for more money.
Tried through this forum, still not got anywhere, then I remembered why I wanted to leave Virgin in the first place.
The customer service is appalling if they're not getting more money from you!!!!!
