I placed an order for broadand on the 29/3/20 and recieved the 1st email confirming the order with the order reference number and then a second email regarding the delays due to the corona virus.
I understand that at the moment there are delays but I have not heard anything further about my order in 2 weeks and I ordered a quickstart so I should not require a visit.
Doers anyone know if the 2 week delay is normal at the moment?
