I have signed up for an 18 month contract with Virgin and authorised a Direct Debit, but I have received no confirmation email or communication of any kind.

Just curious as I have tried to contact Virgin media about this same matter numerous times and have actually got through to about 7 different people. Each of them just end up not responding to my last message.
