Opting out of WiFi hot spot on my hub

I found the opt in or opt out of Virgin Wifi to enable my hub to be a hotspot for others but the system will NOT allow me to just "opt out" saying "There is some problem in saving your settings.Please try again later." which is delay speak for dont want you to.

 

This is the 3rd day of trying. My phone has stopped working for sone reason, well 5 of them really be they older, modern, corded or analogue so be nice for something to work.

Welcome to our forums and thank you for getting in touch. I'm really sorry that you've had trouble amending this setting, I can assure you that we aren't intentionally blocking you from doing so. Sometimes there's a glitch with this feature, but we can certainly look to resolve this from our side.
