Oops something went wrong on upgrades

When I log in to my account and follow links to my upgrades and offers I get a message saying "Oops! Something went wrong" and a message to the telling me that Virgin are unable to alter my package online.

I have tried calling customer services and support and all they ever do is reset my account password. I keep explaining that my password works fine but the upgrades page isn’t working. 

I just want the ability to check the upgrades and offers online! I’ve tried calling multiple times to no avail, please help!

Usually this is a result of you being on a non-standard package.

These can only be upgraded over the phone.
