Hi Hayley, 

I've tried the app and although it seems to work, when I try update my payment information it takes me back to the website and the same error message appears.

Thanks for confirming this. Can you try clearing your cache and cookies from your device and use a browser other than Chrome to see if you can gain access? If not, does the same error happen when logging in on a different devices? ~CS~

I've tried logging in on a different browser and a different device and am having the same issue.

Hmmm. Are you using a shortcut to get to the log in page? Can you try and log in with this link here. Let me know if you get the same error at all.
