I have been offered this bundle and was genuinely pleased with it (although it would have been good to be offered it as a matter of course). However, I cannot actually get anyone to ratify the offer and have spent over two hours on hold over the last couple of days.
It seems I'm so close to getting it sorted and, oops, on hold again. Virgin are killing themselves and me with this - if they only made these offers available as an online upgrade, I'd happily do it myself. Could someone at Virgin please, please tell me how to get this sorted. As a customer of 19 years, I'm astonished how poor this all is.
