Oomph speed boost missing

I just signed up for fibre + mobile on a deal that meant that I would pay for M100 fibre and a SIM contract but receive a 'free' boost to M200 fibre speeds. 

I have the fibre set up, and my mobile SIM set up is complete (my number just ported over today), however I do not have a speed boost and my fibre is on M100.

If I log in to my broadband account, it says that I don't have a SIM card, and that I need to log in to my Virgin Mobile account. When I log in to my Virgin Mobile account it has no reference to my broadband account, and no way to link them.

Please help me understand how I can get the speed boost now that I have both of the services set up.
