Hi, on Saturday I noticed that I could upgrade/renew my contract online, I did this and kept the same package (allbeit 45p more expensive, but I am happy with the price for what I get).
I got an email confirmation saying the new contract would start 11th July, but when I check my account I can’t tell if it’s changed as I kept all the same package, and the lates contract date available in y account is still stating 22nd September 2022.
could it be checked that the new 18mmonth contract has in fact taken effect, or is at least in progress.
