Online query does not recognise blueyonder e-mail address.

I am trying to change my package but 150 requires original password which I don't know. Online query will not accept my blueyonder e-mail address. How do I speak to a human being about this,any help welcome.

Hi @ronh68

VM have recently updated My Virgin Media and you should be able to update the security password (memorable word)  by logging in there with your main account email address and password.

When logged in click on Account Settings >  Account Details > scroll down to Telephone Security Details  (memorable word) > and then click on Edit
