Hi,
I'm an ex VM customer (left 2016 - same property) that might be looking to return.
However, the online postcode checker states there's no services available in my street, even though the houses are cabled and my neighbour has an account. Please can you possibly explain this issue? Yes I've registered on the cable my street page, but sadly getting no response.
Many more delays and I'll be forced to look elsewhere for TV/Broadband/Phone services!!
