Online payment

I made an online payment which reflected on my bank account on 12 Dec 2019 but doesn't appear to have been processed, any advice, thanks

Hi there @liko

 

Thanks so much for your post - sorry to understand that you are having some issues with your billing at the moment. 

 

If it has gone from your bank account, there should be no reason as to why this would not be processed at this end for you. This will not update on your online account until your next bill is produced though. 

 

I'll be more than happy to check and confirm this for you via Private Message; I have located your account from your Forum information so we just need to go through some security.
