I ordered new router last week, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but failed to turn up. Does anyone know if they are processing orders and dispatching them to customers?
Secondly, I upgraded my broadband (went up to 350 from 200) on the same day as I ordered new router and this hasn't been applied yet. Will it happen anytime soon or do I ned to wait long?
