Hi, 

I’ve been a customer since September and still online and on the app it says I can’t view my bills, and change my direct debit.

How can I solve this issue.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with viewing your bills. 

To confirm, is this just via the app or is it also affecting the web browser version as well?

Thank you for that information. What specifically happens when you attempt to view your bills?

Do you get an error message?

If so, what is the message?

On the app it says we are still setting things up. However I’ve been a customer since September.

on the web it says your to new to view a bill, basically the same thing.
