Online account

We are unable to access our online account, will not recognise email address at all

Really sorry you're having some issues accessing your online account, this ins't good. 

What happens when you try the forgotten email address and password option?

Can you confirm you've registered for an online account previously?

Hi Emma

yes we have had access to the account before but since renewing a contract it won’t let us access the account. Have tried to re register but all we get is an error once we complete the registration again. It does not recognise the original email and password so seem to be in a loop!

Was it just the contract that you renewed or have you moved address? 

If you've moved address then you would need to create a new online account. 

Do you have a screen shot of the error you're getting at all?
