Online account does not update my payments

Hello Community:

Since 2-3 months ago, my online account does not update my payments. 

I paid religiously every month, via the website, but my online account is saying I am in an outstanding of 91.5£ . Because of this late fees have been applied with no reason because I already paid this 91.5£ on the previous months.

I am trying to contact VM through the chat, because it is impossible to contact them via phone, but every time the chat finishes with no reason. 

I hope someone can help me on this!

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.
