Online account access

Hi

I had an old account with Virgin set up on my email address, I now have a new account number but i cannot set up an online account as they recognise my email address linked with the other account. I have called and I don't think who I spoke to understood what I was saying!

I would appreciate any help please

not 100% sure if the forum staff be able to merge the old account details with new, could have a chat with the moving house team, and they'll be able to sync them up, so can use old account email to access new

Thanks for your post 

Just need to ask a few questions to see what we can do 

The old email address, is this still set up on a active account

As @paultechy advised we can look at transferring this over to your new account. The turnaround can be up to 7 to 10 days though
