I had an old account with Virgin set up on my email address, I now have a new account number but i cannot set up an online account as they recognise my email address linked with the other account. I have called and I don't think who I spoke to understood what I was saying!
not 100% sure if the forum staff be able to merge the old account details with new, could have a chat with the moving house team, and they'll be able to sync them up, so can use old account email to access new
