Hi, I have become a Virgin Media customer from today - broadband installed. I have tried to set up my app - however I am getting a DEF01 error whether I use mobile device or laptop computer.
Can anyone advise on how to get signed up?

You will be able to register your account in a couple of days, this is only due to your services just being installed. Please update us if you still cant register in a couple more days as the account issue should resolve itself.
