Online Upgrades

Like others on here it seems my online upgrade request is being ignored, it seems Virgin don't want to keep customers anymore.

Hi David2202, thanks for the message, was the upgrade done through the online account? Can you check all inboxes to see if there has been any contract sent to you? ^Chris

Exactly the same issue for me. Had email confirmation, and then nothing. 

The 'My orders' page says;

If you've placed an order within the last 24 hours, please wait one full day for this to show. If you still can't see an order this time, contact us to find out more.

It's been 3 days for me, and nothing. Been on hold for a total of about 5 hours over the past 48 hours, cannot get through to anyone. Infuriating

Managed to get through on Chat and the order wasn't on their system but they have now added to their system so fingers crossed sorted but will wait and see
