So it all started when I received an email saying my bill was going to be more than previous month... turns out I'm coming out of promotional deal... which I missed... my fault I had no letter or email, I need to keep an eye on things in future.
However I used the online section about upgrade and to sign up again, I'm on the same package foe the same promotional price... I'm happy with that so I ticked the boxes and submitted confirming package contract etc.
I've received 3 emails!! With 3 different Contract Information Sheet Numbers and 3 Contract Summary Sheets again same account number but different Contract Summary Sheet Numbers... the documents are all the same.
Has anyone else had this using this service?
