Online Account Registering

Hi,

Im having issues seeing up my online account to view bill etc.

Im trying to set up my account with my current email address for the username and new account & area number provided by VM.

However it keeps saying my email address/username is already taken.

Ive trying using get e forgot my password to access this 'already taken account' which comes back as username not available.

I used to be with VM 18mths ago before moving to BT.

How can I register an account to my current email address. I do not want to setup a new email just for VM!

Any assistance appreciated

The easiest way to get a hold of someone is to message our first-line support on our live online chat. They are the best chance of getting someone to register your email adress.
