Online Account Management Should be able to do everything

Just simply adding my thoughts on the subject, especially given COVID-19 and phone lines are so busy you should be able too

Change your Package (Up & Down)

and Ultimately remove your services.

Is a company who thinks a £40 to £79 is reasonable worth hanging on the phone for. I suspect not.

.. but maybe a company that gives you £79 worth of services for £40 when you’re a new customer isn’t all that bad?
