Once Off Bill Payment after Cancelling Direct Debit

I've just cancelled my direct debit by mistake and want to make a once-off payment on my final bill (moving out on April 15th). Have looked into this on the Virgin website but the 'make a payment' option doesn't seem to work as I don't have either a 12 or 14-digit payment reference on my e-bill. Also, I can't speak to anyone via the chat function or can't find any contact email address to get in touch with the support team. If anyone has any tips on how to resolve this, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, im in the exact same situation as you are. In the post i received a final payment letter, even though i don't use paper billing, on the letter had the required number to make the online payment one off, ive not used it myself yet, however hopefully this helps.
