On Hold....why? VM are the ones who screwed up!

Been on hold for nearly an hour to discuss a bill.. Was told back in February that bill would rise £21.50 but not until my contract runs out.  Then after in April it will go up as inflation.
Well then got another letter saying that my bill will go up £72 at the end of my contract.

Come on VM! Which one is it? Must be nice to half all that spare time to wait.

I'm sorry to hear about the confusion with the pricing.
In February when we announced our price rise, the effect date was for the following bills, so in either March or April and the payment date following after.

The letter you have received the other day indicated the price of the services, post contract, so the base price.
