Old account still showing

I’ve recently rejoined virgin broadband but when I log into my account it’s still showing my old account at a different address and I can’t access my new account. Any advice?

If the email address you had previously used is linked to an prior account, this would need to be removed so you can set the online account up with this email.

I've checked our system and can see that you've spoken with the team since posting this, were they able to help with this?
