I received a cheque for monies owed to me from an old account. Cheque was in my married name & I have changed to my maiden name years ago. My bank wouldn't accept cheque so I eventually spoke someone who advised me to send cheque back with proof of name change which I sent recorded delivery on 27.3.21 to Virgin Media Payments, BD48PW. I have heard nothing since and no replacement cheque with correct name has arrived. I would be grateful if someone can help me.
