Offensive costumers service

I feel offended by the way Virgin Media is dealing with the costumers during the last few weeks. We can't use the website chat or the 08000 number. It is simply not working anymore!!! I am leaving the country next Monday and I can't know how to return the equipments before I move out.  It is very frustrating!!! Please, help me!!!!!!!!

Scroll to the top of the page. You will see a purple envelope, which when you click on it, you can see, and reply to any private messages that have been sent.
