I got enough calling every month to warn I am being overcharged..
This is what happens EVERY MONTH!
+ I get the bill its overcharged.
+ I call Virgin media and after waiting 25 mins somebody answers and tells I am right, my bills is wrong.
+ They check and say its now fixed. Next month you will get the normal bill
+ Next month, I get the bill its overcharged.
+ Go to first step.
I want this to end. No more renewal.
