Notice period extension

Hi,

 

 

I have given a notice period to disconnect my vergin media broadband and it ends on 15-10-2023. But I haven't got enough time to attend the retention teams call or to check for a better deal. Can I extend my contract end date for 10 more days, that is 25-10-2023?.
