I haven't recieved a welcome email which means that I can't access my virgin media account. I have been told by virgin media customer service that my email address is correct and that they will send me an email numerous times but I've still not recieved a single one. All I want is to have a welcome email.
Hi, yes I have checked the spam folder. I've checked every single folder in my email address. I haven't recieved it. I have a feeling that the email address they have for my account probably had a typo
