Not received welcome email and I need to book and engineer to install box.

I haven't received a welcome email with my account details and this is stopping me from booking an engineer to fit box for the internet. I am worried it won't be done before Christmas and we will be left without WIFI over Christmas. I am struggling to contact Virgin Media.

Anyone else with this issue?
