We have recently moved house and as Virgin do not serve the area, were told that we would receive a credit of £288.00 on our account to cover the early termination fee we needed to pay.  The sum of £288.00 has now been taken from our account.  Where is the credit?  We thought this would be offset so no payment would be taken.

I am sorry to hear that there is an issue with the early disconnection fee and that you have been charged £288.00

Can you confirm of you have sent in proof that you are living at the new address?
