Not received my amazon voucher

I signed up for a new broadband package back in August and was promised a £75 amazon voucher which I have still not received. A cursory search of the forums seems to suggest this is not an isolated problem. Can a member of staff get in touch to resolve this quickly please?

Sorry you're still waiting for your Amazon voucher, can I ask whether the offer was from Virgin Media or via a third party? If it's from ourselves, please see this link for more information about our voucher offers which gives more details on the criteria and contact information for our partner who helps look after the reward.

Yes I've already done that. The offer was from virgin. I texted the number specified and have not had a response in over 24 hours.

Please wait for them to respond as they may be helping different customers in the order the messages are received. You may also email them also and allow them some time to get back to you.

I ordered it online. I've checked absolutely every inbox, though I vaguely recall them saying it would be sent by post.
