Hi Jodiescarrott,

Thanks for using the Community Forums to get your gift TV looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration 😥 I would be more than happy to look into this for you!

Can I firstly ask when you signed up for the package that included the free TV please? 

Was it a package through us or via a third party company like Compare The Market etc?

 I ordered it on the 10th August and was connected on the 25th and yes the package was with you

Our trusted partner Exertis despatches a hardware gift within 28 days of the activation or installation of Virgin Media services. 

Once the gift has been despatched, it should be delivered within 14 days.
