Not received account details

I joined yesterday and received an email but didn’t have any account detail on it so I can’t access my account online need help with this please

Hi Niceyhart96,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome both here and to Virgin Media, sorry to hear you have been unable to set up an Online Account due to not having any details.

When you say joined yesterday if you ordered the package the account wouldn't recognise you yet, it can sometimes take until the install before you can set up an Online account, when placing your order it can take up to 72 hours before you receive a welcome Email.
