Not received Amazon gift voucher

Hiya,

I purchased a Virgin Media M200 Fibre plan on 24/07/2022 (installed on 08/08/2022) but have not received the £100.00 Amazon Voucher. It's been well over 120 days since from my order, and so I am slightly concerned about where this email has gotten to.

Hey Bethanym, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear you haven't got your Amazon voucher yet.

Please can you let me know how you purchased Virgin was it through us directly or 3rd party website such as a price compression one?

If it was a 3rd party company you would need to reach out to them directly , if was us let me know and we can look into this. Thanks

I believe I purchased it directly from the site, I've had a look through my emails and there is nothing from any comparison sites, there are only emails from virgin media about the deal being in the basket etc.
