I've tried getting in touch with Virgin about this a few times over the past few months but haven't managed to get it sorted with the current situation going on. Tried chat a few times and mostly got no response, or got a response hours/days later then it reset the whole process when I replied.
Then I managed to talk to someone, who transferred me, then it timed out.
Lastly I tried to call but was waiting on the call for ages before I gave up.
Basically when I renewed the contract I was promised 12 months of Amazon Prime (mentioned in contract) and I have never received the voucher code for this. I imagine this should be simple enough to resolve but I'm having no luck actually getting in touch with anyone to solve it.
As luck would have it, I managed to get through on the phone shortly after making the post 🙄
As it stands the chap on the phone checked out my the account and said I should receive the code within the next 72 hours. So hopefully the matter is resolved now, but I'll post back to update you in a few days.
