I'm trying to downgrade to 200mb Broadband only (currently on 100mb / Medium TV and Phone) - and after calling the retention line and being on hold for 55 minutes (ridiculous), i have been put back in the queue after being told by the overseas call centre that they cant help me.
Whats annoyed me the most is that the operator told me that she wouldnt be putting me back on hold as id already waited my turn.
Can this move be done online? I have been out of contract for over 2 years - i lost the will to live after 1 hour and 2 minutes
Any help would be fantastic - im feeling very frustrated at present.
