Not getting the £7.50 discount for not installing the second V6 box.

Due to the current restrictions on installations the engineer did not install the second V6 box, I was told that I would be getting a £7.50 a month reduction on the bill until it was installed, but I have not got it, and they are taking the full amount, can someone from the forum team get back to me and help me sort it out.Thanks.

I have just checked a few things and can see you have called today and been advised the credit will show on your next statement

Thanks for checking Gareth. My concern is that i am going to have to do this every month until the second box can be installed, surely there must be a way in these automated times that it automatically credits me until another engineer visit is booked and signed off .
