Not been refunded for 8 months after being overcharged

Last June I asked to terminate my wifi contract as I was moving house and didn’t want to continue the service. They said that because they charged forward they had to charge me next months bill of £46.31 and then would refund me. Initially, despite me telling them I was moving house and giving them my new address they still “sent” the cheque my old address. I was told to try and see if the new tenants had the cheque but they said nothing ever arrived. After multiple calls they agreed to resend the cheque to my new address, however that was back in October and it is now February 2022. I am getting quite annoyed with having to constantly call up, be put on hold for around 45 mins and then be told that that they are “sending a cheque”. Please can I finally get my refund??!!
