Not able to register since joining

I joined in the last few days and set up my broadband this morning. I have been trying to register on the website - the first part where it asks for my surname, account number and area code works fine but on the next page, I enter all the details but it keeps bringing me back to the page saying not all details have been completed but I have entered all areas.

Any ideas where it could be going wrong?
