Not Happy

So I spend an hour renegotiating my contract - I ask for confirmation at least three times that I will retain my existing channels (mainly Sky Sports HD) and was assured I would. Guess what - today we have Sky Cinema and no Sky Sports HD channels. Spend a further 40 minutes on the phone only to be told nothing can be done as I agreed to the non HD Sports (which I didn’t). I had no choice but to agree to pay to get the HD sports back. I now have to ring again to say I am seriously considering leaving Virgin due to their incompetence.
