Not Able to Access Online Account

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone can help me. I have been a VM customer for a long time albeit with a short break for a few months. I have kept the same registered email address for the whole time, however after I left VM and then rejoined I have not been able to login to my account online. I receive emails to my registered email address, however whenever I try to reset my password for the account it shows an error message.

Really want to get this fixed so that I can access my account fully.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

 

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with accessing the online account. 

 

It sounds as though the email address may still be attached to an old account. 

 

What I will do private message you so we can look to see if we can move this over to your new account.

The message I get if I try to setup a newe account is:

The details you have entered are incorrect, please check and try again.

It also doesn't recognise my username. If I do a check to see what my username is then the message I get is:

Unable to find your username
