Nobody came to pick up broadband

I have arranged for Virgin Media to come pick up my internet broadband box from home today 20.09.2022 however, nobody came. I waited all day. I arranged this service last Wednesday 14.09.2022 and was supposed to receive an email yesterday as a quick reminder, nothing came through. I have had enough being on the phone with customer service all the time. How can I get someone to actually show up like promised?
