No welcome/receipt email

Hi,

I haven't received any email after finishing all the steps to contract a broadband with you. I don't know if the process has finished correctly or something went wrong and I should do all the process again.

Could someone help me to know the state of my process?

Hey,

After talking with an agent supposedly it was all OK but I still haven't receive any welcome email to be able to access to my account. 

I also have a similar problem than the one exposed in this other thread:
New house, old tenant - Virgin Media Community - 4761875

And I from what the agent told me I need to access to my account and fill out some form to fix that problem too. 

Some help?

Hi,

Yes, we were talking about my problem and they suggested me to talk with an agent. I did but I still haven't receive any email.

I've already received a notification from my bank about the direct debit being approved so I guess that shoudn't be the problem.
