No welcome pack or contract - need account info to reschedule installation
Hello, I ordered an internet package on Saturday and have yet to receive a welcome email/contract.
I particularly need my account number and area reference so I can sign up online, as I'll need to reschedule the installation date (the moving date to my new house has changed).
I've literally just received an email saying a technician will be round, but they've missed out the day and time, so I'm not sure when that will be.. and again, no account number or area ref. See quote below.
"You're in! We're sending one of our technicians round on between to install your Virgin Media services."
