We've received a confirmation email and a setup email asking to send confirmation of our address (which was did and sent via email) and we have not received a welcome pack from virgin media. Checked the junk folders and everything.
Hi claireambrose, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you have not received the welcome pack, have you received any other conformation via email in regards to the order? Have you received any tracking numbers in regards to the parcel? Chris
I have also have not received a welcome email. I have had my internet installed for 3 months however never received an email with an account number etc so i cannot log in online. I was contacted by a sales team originally, who took an email address and a password over the phone to set up my account however it doesn’t work.
Sorry to hear you've not received any emails about your details to set up your online account. It may be a typo on our end when the agent entered it but can you double check your junk and deleted folder if you haven't already?
