No welcome letter or email

After ordering my broadband package on the 7th of May 2024 I received one email with a pre-contractual agreement. Since, I have received no further correspondence via post nor email. I have however received my router and stream box, they are set up and working fine. I am set to pay my current bill for this month and I have no way to insure that it is set up correctly as I have no account number!


Ridiculous for such a large company, any help would be appreciated as I have read other posts in which this issue has been solved.
